LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method

Our LEGO® Serious Play workshops transform complex business challenges into breakthrough solutions by harnessing the neuroscience of tactile thinking—when teams build with their hands, they activate different neural pathways that unlock insights traditional brainstorming can't reach. These facilitated sessions help teams make abstract concepts tangible through physical models and storytelling, creating clearer communication, stronger alignment, and actionable strategies.

Workshops

The interactive workshops are collaborative sessions where participants engage in hands-on activities, discussions, and group exercises to learn and apply new skills. These sessions promote active learning, idea exchange, and practical skill development, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

These sessions enhance their leadership skills, impression management strategies, and overall performance by providing guidance, feedback, and support tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Inspiration

My path from opera stages to boardrooms took an unexpected turn when a vocal injury forced me into two months of complete silence. The breakthrough came through rehabilitation—speech therapy, slow deliberate practice, and a complete reeducation of the body as instrument, rediscovering my voice through play, joy, and laughter as essential healing tools. This process of rebuilding from the neurological level up revealed a profound truth: transformation happens not just in the mind, but through the entire embodied system, and it thrives when we embrace curiosity and wonder. What I discovered during that painstaking yet playful reconstruction—that breakthrough solutions emerge when we engage our whole selves, integrating cognitive, somatic, and creative intelligences—became the foundation of my work with organizations seeking their own transformative breakthroughs.

Leadership

As a leader and supervisor, I have found Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication (NVC) approach to be incredibly effective in my interactions with faculty and staff. By practicing empathy and active listening, I can better understand the needs and concerns of my team, and to communicate my own needs and expectations in a clear and respectful manner. NVC has helped me to avoid misunderstandings and conflicts, and to foster a culture of mutual respect and trust within my team. By using this approach, I have seen improvements in communication, collaboration, and overall productivity.
